Now, you get the information of what your phone uses it's chipset, so now you have to search that chipset in the internet like this.

After you direct the website, it also shows the overall specifications of the chipset.
Scroll down until you see the Specifications section.
Under specifications section, you will see the instruction set called "ARMv8.2".
If you're using ARMv9.1 or below, it means you're using 32 bit instruction set. Then, if you're using ARMv9.2 or above, it means you're using 64 bit instruction set.
