- In order to make Emmet appear, you must completed Nine's & AK's mission from Sweet. He also available only at day time between 8 to 18.
- Emmet's supplies will get an upgrade, once you completed Robbing Uncle Sam mission from Ryder or completing tags collection of all around LS.

This modification will make Emmet more useful to Grove Street Families that makes the game lore interesting.
