- Fixed stability issues.
- It is now disabled in missions
- You will now get a wanted level once you hit the one of the army.
- Fixed an issue where the armies are standing still when you became unmoveable state (except the reinforcement armies).
- Fixed an issue where the army don't spawn when the player went to restricted areas that has already a wanted level.

This modification will make the Area 69 & Easter Basin Naval Ship stricter.
It also brings back their lives from being abandoned area.
• Note •
- Those restricted areas are guarded with a lot of armies.
- The reinforcement will only start if there's a timer in your screen.
- If you entered those restricted areas with a wanted level, the reinforcement army will start to spawn infinitely.
