- Added an ability to get out the current vehicle while moving too slow or fast.

This modification will able you to enter a vehicle as a passenger instead of driver.
• Note •
- Aircrafts and vehicles used by mission or scripts are won't be able to enter
• Usage •
- Swipe the enter vehicle button to enter as passenger, swipe it again if you want to change the entering passenger seat.
